Description:
Finesse Direct is seeking a talented UI/UX Expert to lead the design of a new mobile superapp. This role requires a skilled designer with a strong portfolio of successful product launches and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. The position offers immediate start with a contract duration of three months, extendable based on project requirements.
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches or superapp designs
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
• Solid understanding of user journeys, interaction design, and usability principles
• Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement end-to-end UI/UX strategy for the mobile superapp
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs aligned with the brand vision
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design consistency and usability
• Lead design thinking sessions and advocate user-centered design principles
• Deliver a polished, scalable, and engaging app experience within project timelines
• Present and articulate design decisions supported by data and best practices
