Position Overview:
GlideFast Consulting is hiring a detail-focused Remote Typist Clerk to support our administrative team from a home office. This role is ideal for someone who types quickly and accurately, keeps organized digital records, and can manage confidential documents independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately type, proofread, and format documents, forms, and correspondence.
- Enter, update, and maintain records in company databases with precision.
- Organize and manage both electronic and physical file systems for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate remotely with administrative colleagues to complete projects on schedule.
- Verify information for completeness and correct any discrepancies found.
- Handle sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist management by preparing reports and concise summaries as requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in typing or data-entry roles, preferably within a professional environment.
