HomeRiver Group is seeking a Fully Remote Turn Coordinator to oversee renovation projects between tenant transitions, ensuring properties are ready for new occupants. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and property owners, and maintaining communication to secure approvals, while meeting pricing expectations and rent-ready standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage renovation projects from tenant departure to new tenant move-in, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and cleaning services while ensuring quality and pricing standards.
- Pricing Oversight: Monitor budgets, address discrepancies, and ensure adherence to financial expectations.
- Communication with Property Owners: Act as the primary contact, providing updates and securing necessary approvals.
- Rent-Ready Standards: Conduct inspections to verify that all properties meet established readiness standards.
- Basic Maintenance Knowledge: Use maintenance and renovation expertise to assess project needs and communicate effectively with vendors.
- Timeline Development: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines and milestones.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, budgets, and communication logs.
