Luxury Tourism L.L.C is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the UAE travel and tourism industry who are passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, recommending suitable travel solutions, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to provide outstanding support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional travel consultation.
• Recommend and arrange holiday packages based on customer preferences.
• Process hotel reservations, flight bookings, and visa assistance.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with travel partners when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• UAE travel and tourism experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries and successfully convert them into bookings.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
