Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and create customized itineraries for clients
- Manage flight, hotel, and travel reservations
- Handle ticketing, fare calculations, and schedule adjustments
- Coordinate with travel service providers to deliver optimal travel solutions
- Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with any GDS system; proficiency in manual commands is preferred
