Role Summary: We are looking for experienced Transaction Coordinators to provide top-tier transaction management for PLACE-level agents. This is a remote, contractor role where your organization, communication, and attention to detail will be amplified by our tools and support infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver white-glove transaction coordination for listings and closings sourced through Transactly.
  • Manage listing coordination and provide comprehensive support for high-volume real estate professionals.
  • Operate within Transactly/PLACE platforms to track tasks, communications, and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records inside Brivity and related systems.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and co-op partners.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to help improve our platform, workflows, and team processes.
  • Adopt an ownership mindset and represent PLACE values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent with hands-on transaction exposure.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with residential real estate documents and timelines across states.
  • Comfortable learning compliance and contract requirements for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Confident with digital tools and platforms used to manage files and communications.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.
