Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join one of the leading FMCG distributors in the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for improving product visibility, enhancing brand performance, and driving sales growth across various retail and distribution networks. This role involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to design and execute effective trade marketing plans that boost in-store presence and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
★ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to execute promotional strategies across categories and channels that meet brand and sales objectives.
★ Track market coverage by region, chain, and division; update customer databases and recommend accounts for targeted activations.
★ Suggest effective product placement strategies, display arrangements, and listings for both existing and new products based on ROI insights.
★ Analyze category and channel performance to identify space optimization and Share of Shelf (SOS) opportunities.
★ Conduct distribution audits to ensure listed SKUs are active and performing; identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.
★ Develop BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives, including product sampling, in-store activations, and consumer engagement programs.
★ Coordinate with the marketing team to design impactful POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and in-store branding tools.
★ Review and propose promotional activities tailored by division, channel, and territory to boost product awareness and sales.
★ Forecast sales and product performance for new launches and monitor progress against targets.
★ Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with overall category objectives.
★ Visit retail locations regularly to track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and promotional trends.
★ Generate monthly reports detailing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and competitor performance.
★ Recommend innovative trade marketing strategies aligned with evolving market dynamics and consumer preferences.

Key Skills & Requirements:
★ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
★ Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG, or Retail Operations.
★ Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data for decision-making.
★ Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
★ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or ERP systems.
