Description:
DEOW International is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Time Keeper to join a construction team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the construction industry and hands-on experience managing employee attendance and timekeeping systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, monitoring workforce hours, and ensuring timekeeping data is processed efficiently. Candidates with immediate availability and relevant construction experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Monitor daily workforce attendance and working hours.
• Update and manage time and attendance systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding attendance-related matters.
• Prepare attendance reports and ensure timely submission of records.
• Support payroll by providing accurate timekeeping information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a Time Keeper.
• Construction sector experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping and attendance management systems.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
