Description:

Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking two detail-oriented and organized Time Keepers to support its ongoing construction projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in construction site timekeeping who can accurately manage attendance records and payroll-related documentation.

The successful candidates will work closely with site supervisors to ensure attendance records are maintained accurately, prepare payroll reports, and support the smooth administrative operation of construction projects. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily attendance records and employee timesheets.

• Verify worker attendance with site supervisors on a regular basis.

• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports based on attendance records.

• Ensure attendance information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.

• Coordinate with project teams to resolve attendance discrepancies when required.

• Maintain organized records of timesheets and related documentation.

• Support the smooth administration of workforce attendance and reporting.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Time Keeper on construction projects.

• Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of construction site operations.
