Hiring Tile Specialist – Fitout Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the approval, supply and installation of products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitoring and supervising the install team to ensure the quality of work.
• Developing installation procedures and standards.
• Reviewing and approving equipment, project designs and installation methods.
• Ensuring resource allocation is as to not delay the project schedule.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with design, technical and other team members.

 Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or similar role.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of industry legal regulations and guidelines.
• A sure grasp of health and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• A degree in Engineering, Management or relevant field will be a plus.
