Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a high volume of TikTok content aligned with brand goals, platform behavior, and cultural trends
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and video formats that capture attention and drive retention
- Deliver scripts, shot lists, and edits efficiently and clearly
- Build a repeatable creative workflow for testing, iteration, and consistent output
- Collaborate with the internal team to interpret performance data, audience insights, and community feedback
- Maintain a strong visual and tonal identity that reinforces Speak’s brand across all posts
- Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and new ideas to maximize engagement
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience creating short-form video content, preferably on TikTok
- Strong understanding of what performs well on TikTok and why
- Experience taking content from concept through filming, editing, and publishing
- Ability to adapt content for trends, comments, and real-time cultural moments
- Skilled in hooks, pacing, storytelling, and on-camera performance
- Deep familiarity with internet culture, fandoms, communities, and emerging creators
- Comfortable analyzing metrics to optimize content performance
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
