A well-established clinic group in Dubai is recruiting a motivated Telesales Specialist to join their patient-facing team. This role is ideal for someone with prior clinic or call-centre experience who can professionally convert enquiries into appointments while maintaining high standards of patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective and existing patients by phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate clinical services.
  • Inbound Enquiries: Handle incoming calls courteously, provide accurate information about treatments, appointments and current promotions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly telesales KPIs, including bookings, conversions and follow-ups.
  • CRM Management: Log and maintain detailed records of all patient interactions in the clinic CRM or management system.
  • Customer Care: Deliver excellent after-call service and follow up on pending leads, missed appointments and ongoing treatment plans to maximise conversions.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with reception, sales and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Patient Education: Assist in explaining available medical services and answering basic queries when required.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years working in telesales, call centre, patient coordination or similar role—healthcare clinic experience is mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and strong active listening ability.
  • Targets: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding telesales or booking targets.
  • Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems or clinic management software is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Patient, confident, highly organised and able to manage different patient personalities professionally.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven clinic setting; willing to work on-site in Dubai or Oman when required.
