We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive | Business Bay, Dubai
A reputed business setup and corporate services firm based in Business Bay, Dubai is looking to hire a motivated and confident Telesales Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong verbal communication skills, a persuasive approach, and prior experience handling outbound sales calls, preferably within business setup or similar professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and actively promote business setup and corporate service solutions
• Generate quality leads and convert incoming and outgoing inquiries into successful sales
• Consistently follow up with potential clients while maintaining a healthy and organized sales pipeline
• Clearly explain company offerings, procedures, and benefits in a confident and professional manner
• Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Telesales Executive (prior UAE experience is preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Target-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
• Candidates holding their own visa are preferred
