Overview:
We’re searching for a driven telesales professional who thrives on meeting targets and building pipeline over the phone. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience—preferably selling telecom or banking products—who can start quickly and deliver consistent results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE (this must be a sales role — not a customer service role).
- Demonstrable sales success in Telecom or Banking product lines.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) to handle sales conversations professionally.
- Availability to join within 10 days.
Package & Benefits:
- Base salary: AED 6,500 per month.
- Performance incentives: Commission structure with realistic total earnings of AED 8,000–11,000/month for achieving targets.
- Additional benefits: Medical insurance and annual airfare (self).
Working Pattern:
- Location: JLT, Dubai.
- Hours: Full-time, 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
