Description:
Talex.ai is expanding its global operations team and is currently hiring Teleoperation Operators to support advanced robotic and autonomous systems. This role plays a critical part in human-AI collaboration by providing remote operational support, ensuring system safety, and contributing to high-quality performance data used to enhance AI-driven products.
As a Teleoperation Operator, you will assist autonomous systems by remotely operating robotic platforms, monitoring live visual feeds, and validating system behavior. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with digital control environments, and interested in robotics, AI, or simulation-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely operate robotic systems using joystick-based or web-based teleoperation interfaces
- Monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously to ensure safe and accurate system operation
- Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all operational tasks
- Clearly document and label operational issues or failure causes to support engineering teams
- Assist with validation, testing, and verification of autonomous system behaviors
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in remote equipment operation such as drones, industrial machinery, or similar systems, or background as an engineering student
- Ability to remain focused and responsive during live system operations
Required Skills:
- Strong ability to navigate complex digital interfaces and simulation environments
- High level of reliability and accuracy when following SOPs and reporting data
- Strong English communication skills for internal coordination
- Familiarity with joystick-controlled or web-based control systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with gaming, simulations, or environments requiring fast reaction times
- Previous exposure to teleoperation software and multi-camera monitoring setups
- Interest in robotics, mechatronics, or autonomous system development
Compensation Details:
- Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $35, based on experience and skill level
