WCT Gifts is looking for a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about achieving sales and business development targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling telemarketing activities, preparing professional presentations, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. Experience in the corporate gifts or promotional products industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the sales team by generating leads and scheduling follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned telemarketing targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone handling skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create professional business presentations.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• Experience in the corporate gifts or promotional products industry is an advantage.
