Description:
Vega Premium is seeking a Telecom Retention Officer to join its growing B2B team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who have experience in customer retention, relationship management, and service recovery while delivering excellent customer experiences.
The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, handle retention activities, resolve service concerns, and support business growth through effective communication and negotiation. Candidates with telecom industry experience or backgrounds in banking, insurance, real estate, or other service sectors are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer retention activities, renewals, and cancellation requests.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective service recovery solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
• Conduct customer discussions to understand concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
• Support sales and customer care initiatives to improve customer loyalty.
Requirements:
• Experience in telecom, customer retention, customer care, tele sales, or complaint handling.
• Telecom experience with du, e&, Virgin Mobile, telecom channel partners, or telecom call centers is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Additional language skills such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tamil are an advantage.
• Immediate availability and own visa/spouse visa are preferred.
• Candidates from banking, insurance, real estate, or other service industries are also encouraged to apply.
