About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Tele sales Agent to join Our Shopee’s e-commerce call centre team in Dubai. You’ll handle inbound and outbound contacts across phone and messaging platforms, convert enquiries into orders, and help deliver a smooth online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products.
- Manage customer conversations through WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram messaging and web feeds.
- Provide accurate product information, explain offers and close sales.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and manage leads, pipeline and customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and track performance.
- Keep product knowledge current and share market feedback with the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or e-commerce sales.
- Strong verbal communication in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram messaging and basic e-commerce tools.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, organised and proficient with CRM and MS Office tools.
