Description:

Twilio is seeking a creative and technically skilled Technical Video Content Creator to join its Developer Ecosystem team. This role focuses on producing high-quality educational and engaging video content that helps developers understand, build, and succeed using Twilio’s communication platform.

The position blends technical knowledge with storytelling, requiring someone comfortable in front of the camera who can translate complex developer concepts into clear, engaging content across YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow Twilio’s developer audience through both long-form and short-form video content

• Create tutorials, technical explainers, and developer-focused storytelling content for YouTube and social platforms

• Own content planning including ideas, outlines, scripts, and on-camera presentation

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance

• Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to align content with product messaging and campaign goals

• Review final video edits to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high production quality

• Publish and manage content across Twilio’s developer channels while maintaining consistent tone and branding

• Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to improve future content strategies and formats

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience creating developer-focused content such as videos, tutorials, technical blogs, or presentations

• Strong ability to explain code and technical concepts clearly to developer audiences

• Experience with video production including filming, lighting, and audio setup

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• Ability to generate creative technical content ideas and execute them effectively

• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills

• Familiarity with using analytics from YouTube or social platforms to improve content strategy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OBS or similar screen recording/streaming tools

• Familiarity with Airtable or content workflow management tools

• Ability to adapt content for multiple platforms and audience formats
