Responsibilities:
• Provide phone, email, and chat-based technical support in a fast-paced environment, with up to 7.5 hours of talk/chat time daily
• Deliver advanced problem-solving and support for merchant customers
• Utilize standard procedures and develop solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management and development teams to enhance product functionality and address issues
• Aim for first-contact resolution and proactively advise customers on eCommerce best practices
• Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account management issues
• Stay up to date on product and eCommerce innovations through continuous training
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with internal teams and cross-functional departments
Requirements:
• Customer-facing experience in a service-oriented role
• Preferred background in phone, email, or chat-based technical support or customer service contact centers
• Ability to leverage self-service resources for problem-solving
• Familiarity with web, eCommerce, and hosting technologies
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and soft skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including de-escalation techniques
• Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and data structures is preferred
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and willing to assist colleagues
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and qualifications
