Description:
Wavelogix is looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technologies who enjoy solving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of barcode solutions, RFID systems, printers, and scanners. Experience with leading AIDC brands such as Zebra, Honeywell, and Datalogic is highly preferred. Candidates with strong communication skills and a UAE driving licence will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AIDC hardware and related solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain barcode printers, scanners, RFID devices, and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
• Deliver technical assistance to clients both remotely and on-site when required.
• Document support cases and maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure excellent customer service while resolving technical inquiries.
Requirements:
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the AIDC industry.
• Experience working with barcode systems, RFID technology, printers, and scanners.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Zebra devices and solutions
• Honeywell AIDC products
• Datalogic scanners and barcode technologies
