Description:

Optimway is currently hiring a motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join its expanding team in the UAE. This is a flexible opportunity offering part-time or hybrid working arrangements, including both remote work and field-based client visits across multiple Emirates.

The role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for sales, client engagement, and business development. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and solution-based selling.

This position offers a performance-driven environment with strong earning potential through commissions and growth opportunities after successful completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman

• Promote and sell technical solutions and services to meet business targets

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales or a related technical field (mandatory)

• Valid UAE Residence Visa (mandatory requirement)

• Valid UAE Driving License preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-based environment

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Technical product understanding and solution selling

 • Client relationship management and business development
