Technical Manager – Joinery /Fit out

Salary: AED 16,000 – AED 20,000

Location: Abu Dhabi

• Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior design with ore than 10 years of experience in the Joinery/ Fit Out industry.
• Oversee and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all specifications, timelines, and budgets are met according to client requirements.
• Review and approve designs and technical drawings, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with design teams to provide input on feasibility and optimization.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in production workflows. Develop and implement new procedures and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with sales, production, and procurement departments to align technical capabilities with customer needs and product offerings
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to discuss project specifications, address concerns, and provide technical insights to support decision-making.
