Description:
ALCHEMY is currently hiring an experienced Technical Document Controller to support ongoing Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong documentation, coordination, and reporting experience, particularly within FEED and EPC project environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing technical documents, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with project and departmental standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and corresponding with all project contractors and stakeholders
- Following up on tender and contract drawings, document submissions, and approvals in line with project requirements
- Compiling, maintaining, and filing physical and electronic records, reports, and documentation, including auditable financial records
- Preparing official correspondence related to contracts and tracking project progress
- Ensuring timely submission of drawings, documents, and material approvals
- Coordinating with offshore and site-based project teams
- Managing project documentation, drawings, and final tender and contract documents
- Ensuring accurate data submission for periodic and management reports
- Monitoring budget-related activities, tracking expenses, and forecasting project budgets
- Reviewing tender documents (excluding scope of work), preparing contract documents, work orders, and material requests
- Arranging meetings with contractors, preparing MOMs, and following instructions from management
- Supporting departmental operations while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Assisting with annual budget forecasts, year-end financial closing, and asset capitalization reports
