Description:
eSol Global is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Integrations to join its onsite team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE banking experience and a strong background in payment systems, corporate banking integrations, and financial technology solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, support payment integration projects, prepare functional documentation, and ensure seamless implementation of banking solutions. Candidates must have hands-on experience with UAE banking integrations and payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking projects.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Support Corporate-to-Bank integration projects using H2H, SFTP, and API technologies.
• Analyze payment workflows, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of payment solutions and banking integrations.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
• Support integration initiatives involving payment engines and banking platforms.
Requirements:
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Banking Business Analysis.
• Strong UAE Banking experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Corporate-to-Bank integrations using H2H, SFTP, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT FileAct, SWIFT MT/MX, FTS, AANI, TAS, and RERA integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of:
• H2H and SWIFT FileAct integrations.
• Corporate / Transaction Banking and Payment Hub / Payment Engine.
• API Integrations (REST/SOAP), BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Data Mapping.
