Role Overview:
The Technical Analyst will support financial systems and IT processes across the firm, focusing on software implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvements. This role collaborates with finance and IT teams to streamline operations and ensure data integrity.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Support financial database reporting and maintain data accuracy.
- Perform month-end processing and system administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot financial application and system issues.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance data processes.
- Create and manage vendor support tickets for financial applications.
- Provide secondary support for IT help desk issues related to financial systems.
- Assist with special projects and financial analyses as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience with accounting, billing, or financial systems.
- Exposure to Aderant, NetDocuments, or similar legal/professional services platforms (a plus).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with BI tools, Power Apps, and scripting languages (a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
