A fast-growing telecom sales company in Dubai is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide its sales team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have solid UAE telecom experience and a strong background in leading sales teams within high-performance environments.
The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing field teams, and ensuring consistent achievement of telecom campaign targets. Candidates with prior experience working on Etisalat (e&) or du campaigns will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a telecom sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Manage team performance and ensure high productivity in a fast-paced sales environment
• Conduct regular monitoring and support for field sales activities
• Motivate and guide team members to improve sales conversion rates
• Ensure proper execution of telecom campaigns including e& (Etisalat) and du promotions
• Track team performance and report progress to management
• Assist in resolving customer and field-related issues when required
• Maintain strong discipline and performance standards within the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of UAE telecom sales experience is mandatory
• Previous experience in e& (Etisalat) or du campaigns is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven, energetic, and performance-focused mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a field sales team effectively
• Good understanding of UAE telecom market operations
