Description:
Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a strategic Talent Development Manager to design and run leadership- and career-growth programs that build a strong internal pipeline of future leaders. In this visible role you’ll partner with executives and business leaders to create scalable development experiences that identify high-potential talent, accelerate readiness, and strengthen organizational capability.
Talent Planning & Strategy:
- Regularly assess talent needs against growth projections and turnover trends to prioritize development efforts.
- Use talent data and calibration discussions to spot readiness gaps and focus development resources.
- Set measurable pipeline goals and track progress against those targets.
Program Development & Delivery:
- Design modular, scalable development programs combining self-paced learning, live virtual sessions, applied projects, and assessments.
- Include case studies, simulations, and practical exercises to ensure learning transfers to real work.
- Own program cadence, participant experience, and key delivery milestones to maintain consistency and impact.
- Align all content and activities to Bierman’s mission, values, and leadership frameworks.
High-Potential Talent Development:
- Define criteria for identifying high-potential employees (performance, learning agility, values fit).
- Build and run annual cohort programs that include personalized development plans, strategic project work, and exposure to senior leaders.
- Deliver advanced leadership modules focused on strategic thinking, change leadership, and business acumen.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs support succession planning and workforce priorities.
- Maintain clear communication and feedback loops with stakeholders to secure buy-in and alignment.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
- Track success metrics such as promotion rates, retention, participant satisfaction, and post-program performance.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously refine learning design and delivery.
Administration & Content Management:
- Maintain a centralized content library and participant tracking system.
- Oversee scheduling, communications, and materials management for cohorts.
- Ensure all program materials reflect the organization’s cultural values and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, human resources, or a related discipline.

- Data-informed, strategic thinker with a genuine passion for developing others.
Salary Description:
- $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
