The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing top talent to meet organizational needs. Prior experience in the real estate industry is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
• Utilize the Odoo system for recruitment and HR management
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong English communication skills and mandatory Arabic speaking skills
