Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), one of the UAE’s leading tertiary healthcare institutions, is currently seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists – Medical & Clinical to join its growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong healthcare hiring expertise who are confident in managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and medical roles within a fast-paced hospital environment.
As part of the Talent Acquisition function, you will be involved in high-impact recruitment projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment
- Strong hands-on exposure to UAE licensing processes including DOH and DHA
- Solid understanding of PQR, Dataflow, and credentialing procedures
- Demonstrated experience recruiting medical staff, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Excellent coordination skills with strong stakeholder management and follow-up abilities
