A growing organization in Dubai is currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their recruitment operations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within the Events, Exhibitions, and IT sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring an efficient hiring process for both local and international positions.
The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements. Individuals who have worked with recruitment agencies or consultancies will have an added advantage. Candidates who recently arrived in the UAE but possess solid recruitment experience in their home country are also encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good understanding of recruitment techniques and candidate sourcing strategies
- Experience handling both local and global recruitment processes
- Previous experience with a recruitment firm or consultancy is an advantage
