Gardinia Contracting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction industry recruitment and a proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing skills, and expertise in both local and overseas talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
