Capital Health is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Capital team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for a recruitment professional with a solid background in healthcare hiring and a proven ability to attract top-tier clinical and non-clinical talent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring healthcare professionals across a variety of specialties. This includes recruiting nursing staff, physicians, healthcare leaders, and other critical positions that support organizational growth and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment processes
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment is mandatory
• Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting capabilities
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to attract and engage high-caliber healthcare professionals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
