We are currently hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our expanding recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. This role goes far beyond filling vacancies — it focuses on shaping a forward-thinking hiring function that supports long-term organisational growth. You will contribute to the development of international hiring strategies, particularly across European markets, while enhancing employer branding and elevating overall candidate experience.
As part of this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to life quickly, collaborate with key stakeholders, and refine recruitment processes to boost effectiveness. Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or internal recruitment functions.
- Fluency in a major European language such as German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.
- Background or keen interest in employer branding, stakeholder engagement, process optimisation, or international sourcing.
- Knowledge of the UAE market or prior experience in real estate recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Candidates should already be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
