We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our expanding HR team. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of hands-on recruitment experience within the UAE market, with exposure to hiring both white-collar and blue-collar roles. You’ll be responsible for sourcing strong candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews while maintaining excellent candidate and stakeholder communication.

What You’ll Do:
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support onboarding coordination.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE market.
• Experience handling a mix of white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
