The successful candidate should bring 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet staffing objectives
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants effectively
