We’re Hiring – Talent Acquisition Director
Connecting Minds HR Services is partnering with a leading construction group to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Director. This senior role will own executive and specialist hiring strategies, with a focus on C-Suite recruitment and sourcing top engineering and project management talent across regional and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead executive hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for C-Suite and senior leadership positions, ensuring high quality and confidentiality.
  • Drive technical hiring: Design and execute recruitment campaigns for Engineering and Project Management functions to attract top industry talent.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners and external consultants to align hiring with strategic objectives.
  • Talent strategy: Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies and employer-branding initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Process ownership: Oversee recruitment lifecycle processes, metrics, and quality controls to deliver timely and effective hires.
  • Workforce planning: Provide strategic input on workforce planning, succession pipelines and talent forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in both consultancy and in-house talent acquisition, especially at executive levels.
  • Demonstrable success recruiting C-Suite/executive profiles and senior engineering/project management roles.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and influencing ability.
  • Commercial awareness of the construction sector and ability to operate across regional markets.
  • Education: Master’s in HRM is preferred; relevant certifications and demonstrable senior TA experience are valued.
