Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding top talent to support Freedom Regained’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with managers to align on team requirements and goals.
- Creating strategic sourcing plans to attract the best candidates.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a positive team engagement journey.
