A company based in Al Garhoud, Dubai is looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Assistant to support its recruitment team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have strong communication and coordination skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
The selected candidate will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting hiring activities for blue-collar and grey-collar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting suitable applicants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:
