Description:
RedHelm, in partnership with Ideal Integrations/1Path, is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator I to join its team. This role involves providing professional, high-quality desktop and server support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance. The position is responsible for provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems hardware, software, and infrastructure while supporting clients’ specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver desktop troubleshooting, printer management, and software administration
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group assignments
  • Administer Microsoft portals, licensing, and account setups
  • Implement and maintain security best practices such as MFA, anti-spam tools, and endpoint protection
  • Oversee virtual desktop environments (DaaS, vCloud, vCenter) and perform VM power cycles
  • Support network troubleshooting, ISP coordination, and hardware RMA processes
  • Run documented automation scripts using NCentral Automation Manager
  • Keep detailed records in Atlas and IT Glue, adhering to company processes

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Office suites, and line-of-business applications
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, devices, configurations)
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Hardware installation, support, and vendor liaison skills
  • Basic understanding of backup systems, MFA, SSO, and web security
  • Mac OS support experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology-focused Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
