Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to interpreters, speakers, and attendees during global events to ensure smooth communication experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently to keep events on schedule.
• Manage smaller events independently and assist Senior Technicians with complex setups.
• Collaborate with international colleagues across time zones to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and operational expertise.

Working Hours and Flexibility:
• Model 1: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (1-hour break included)
• Model 2: Tuesday to Thursday, 12-hour shifts (1 hour 45-minute break), plus 4 hours on either weekend day
Shifts are scheduled weekly to balance work-life flexibility and operational needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• English proficiency B2 minimum; additional languages are a plus
• Reliable fixed broadband connection (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
• Minimum 16 GB RAM, CPU: Intel i5 8th gen / Ryzen 5 3rd gen or better
• Windows 10 Pro+ or macOS High Sierra+; latest Chrome or Edge browser
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and follow guidance from team leads
• Curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude
