The Support Engineering team operates in a unique model where part of the time is spent assisting customers, and the rest is dedicated to building tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve support efficiency and product experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Python-based tools and automation for tasks such as data cleaning, reporting, and system integrations
• Take ownership of technical issues, investigating and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Handle customer support queries, including API-related issues, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to improving the company’s API ecosystem through documentation and real-world insights
• Build internal tools and customer-facing features, including AI-powered automation systems
• Collaborate in identifying inefficiencies and turning manual processes into automated solutions
• Write clear bug reports and support engineering teams with reproducible issues

Requirements:
• At least 1+ year of experience in Python programming with real-world applications
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and web systems
• Experience in automation, scripting, or building internal tools
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote and async environment
• Comfortable using AI tools but also capable of manual debugging and problem-solving
• Must be located within US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
