We are actively seeking a Support Analyst to be a key contributor to our technical support team. This is a remote, work-from-home position, open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel when necessary. You’ll troubleshoot issues across various platforms and play a vital role in helping pharmacies operate more efficiently and effectively.

Reporting To: Supervisor, Technical Support
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive and professional support for inquiries related to ScriptPro products and services
  • Perform technical diagnostics and resolve system and software issues (POS, third-party insurance, credit card processing, SQL databases, etc.)
  • Provide support via remote tools such as BOMGAR, SecureLink, and Windows Remote Desktop
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, SQL queries, and network connectivity problems
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using helpdesk systems like Oracle and Siebel
  • Communicate troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • Recommend workflow optimizations based on pharmacy operations and best practices
  • Proactively monitor systems for performance issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Collaborate with onsite technicians and manage logistics for part replacements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation with high data accuracy
  • Uphold exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Proficiency with Windows OS (Windows 7/10, Server 2012/2016), hardware troubleshooting, and networking
  • Working experience with SQL query syntax and database operations
  • Skilled in using remote support tools like BOMGAR, SecureLink, or similar
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Previous experience working in SLA-driven support environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Oracle or Siebel
  • Consistent attendance, reliability, and a positive team attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in pharmacy or healthcare IT support
  • IT certifications (A+, Network+, MCITP Windows OS, etc.)
  • Experience in inventory or order management
  • Understanding of outpatient pharmacy operations

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Stable high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to join video meetings with webcam enabled
  • Willingness to travel occasionally if required

Post-Offer Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
  • Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance (reference: Standard Form 85)
