We’re Hiring: Supply Chain & Sourcing Expert – MBZ General Trading LLC (Dubai, UAE)
MBZ General Trading LLC, a rapidly expanding Dubai-based organization, operates across various sectors including medical and laboratory equipment, IT solutions, chemicals, and industrial machinery. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain & Sourcing Expert to join our growing team and help optimize our procurement and logistics operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers globally across different product categories.
- Perform thorough market research, supplier assessments, and cost comparisons to ensure competitive sourcing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure all activities align with import/export regulations.
- Support initiatives aimed at cost optimization and continuous process enhancement.
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within medical, IT, chemical, or machinery industries.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and global sourcing platforms.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
