We’re Hiring – Immediate Joining
TLM Distribution is urgently looking for a capable and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our Jebel Ali team on an immediate basis. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee procurement-related activities, manage vendor relationships, and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear communication with suppliers.
- Raise, track and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) until full delivery.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate timely follow-ups with freight forwarders and vendors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of consignments to prevent delays.
- Support internal teams with procurement-related coordination to keep projects on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience in procurement and logistics coordination.
- Proven ability to handle vendor management, POs, and shipment follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and ability to join immediately (preferred).
