A reputable organization in the luxury building materials sector is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Executive to join its team in Sharjah. This role focuses on managing the complete supply chain cycle for premium materials, ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, and timely availability for high-end projects.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE-based supply chain operations, particularly within construction or interior fit-out environments, and must be capable of handling international sourcing and logistics efficiently. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate both international and local suppliers specializing in luxury materials
• Lead negotiations with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements
• Manage international shipping timelines, customs documentation, and import procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure alignment with project deadlines
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure materials meet required specifications
• Assess supplier performance, ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within the UAE
• Prior experience in construction or interior fit-out industry is essential
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, along with strong MS Excel skills
• Good understanding of UAE customs regulations and import processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
