Description:
Providence Shared Services is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH). This remote role (candidates residing in Washington State encouraged to apply) supports system-wide contract information, compliance tracking, and financial analysis while powering the analytics and dashboards used for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contract-related data, compliance records, and financial inputs that support the CSC scope of operations.
- Deliver data analytics and reporting for operational metrics and dashboards — produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to inform leadership and operational teams.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement within supply chain and materials management.
- Work with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Group Purchasing to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Plan and maintain efficient procedures, schedules, and systems to accomplish information and database management tasks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; support implementation of recommended process changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience with focus on data/business analysis.
- 2+ years of analytics/reporting or related work experience — preferably in materials management, operations, or group purchasing.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn organizational context, reporting needs, and business imperatives.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to manage time, multi-task, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer focus with experience building and maintaining regular communication channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or healthcare supply operations.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems, group purchasing data, and dashboarding/BI tools.
Pay Range by Washington Region (as posted):
- Washington — Western (except Tukwila): Min $35.06 — Max $54.43 per hour
- Washington — Tukwila: Min $35.06 — Max $54.43 per hour
- Washington — Southwest (Olympia, Centralia & below): Min $33.63 — Max $52.22 per hour
- Washington — Eastern: Min $29.93 — Max $46.46 per hour
- Washington — South Eastern: Min $31.35 — Max $48.68 per hour
