Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Supervisor to oversee our blue-collar recruitment division. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities, client acquisition expertise, and hands-on experience in manpower management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, including technicians, helpers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, welders, and drivers.
  • Source candidates via agencies, job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and international partners.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Shortlist, screen, and interview candidates to align skills with project needs.
  • Organize trade tests, technical assessments, and client interviews.
  • Handle documentation for visa processing, offer letters, and onboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies to ensure timely mobilization of staff.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and manpower deployment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies across all recruitment processes.
  • Support large-scale recruitment drives, open days, and campaigns both locally and abroad.
  • Prepare regular recruitment status reports for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in blue-collar recruitment in construction, MEP, manufacturing, or facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of GCC labour categories, trade tests, and international recruitment processes.
  • Experience liaising with recruitment agencies in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Africa preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment tracking systems (ATS/HRMS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
