Description:
Active Line Marketing is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor – Merchandising, Promotions & Activations to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in retail merchandising, promotional campaigns, and team supervision.
The selected candidate will oversee field teams, ensure excellent in-store brand execution, and support promotional activities that enhance brand visibility while achieving campaign objectives and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise merchandising, promotions, and activation teams.
• Ensure proper in-store execution, product visibility, and display standards.
• Coordinate and manage sampling campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of brand presentation across retail locations.
• Report campaign progress and provide operational support when required.
Requirements:
• Experience in merchandising, promotions, or brand activation.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Must be available to work in Dubai.
