As a Hiring Success Manager, you’ll be the critical link between our clients and internal recruitment teams. Your mission is to ensure that every client experiences exceptional results from our hiring process by managing relationships, sourcing qualified candidates, and guiding hiring strategies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Hiring Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their hiring lifecycle
  • Conduct review calls to gather insights on job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and company culture
  • Set realistic expectations using market intelligence and recruiting metrics
  • Deliver consistent updates and hiring progress reports
  • Provide thoughtful solutions to client challenges, ensuring overall satisfaction

Recruitment Process Management

  • Optimize job descriptions to align with industry standards and attract the right candidates
  • Monitor applicant flow and fine-tune sourcing techniques accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure prompt and accurate candidate delivery
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and final decision-making processes
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires

Recruiter Oversight & Performance Management

  • Supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with client goals and hiring metrics
  • Define clear KPIs and oversee key data points like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
  • Host team huddles to strategize, address bottlenecks, and share best practices
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions when necessary

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, client success, or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction sector
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiting professionals
  • Strong grasp of labor market dynamics and modern sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from hiring data
  • Prior experience with staffing agencies or outsourced recruiting solutions is a strong advantage
